My little guy has been taking metadate for seven months now he has started having seizures, he also has FASD and his middle brain did not develop due to his biological mothers alcohol use and he has CMV. He has ADHD and ODD.

Seizures are a rare but possible side effect of Metadate. However, in this situation they may be as well due to FASD of CMV. The best thing you can do is to see a neurologist about it. If the seizures are going to continue, he should be put on medication to control them because the consequences can be grim if it's left untreated.
