Hello tonygayle. I did some reading and found that yes, valium, is used to treat Menieres Disease. Now the ativan, I would say yes, in answer to youir question. But, iIm only a layman, not a doctor so you might either ask your doctor or a pharmacist to get thier opinion. Its been almost two years since you've asked this question so hopefully, you will have found out one way or the other. the very best to you.
