I'm a 48 y/o woman with severe osteoarthritis, bone spurs in my shoulders, hips and elbows, a total right knee replacement and hypothyroidism. I've just started pain management and came to this site looking for answers, suggestions and support. So far I've been lucky enough to find a lot of all three. While it's sad to meet and read about so many people like me that suffer from chronic pain on a daily basis, it is comforting to be able to talk to people that can really understand what I go through. My daughter has just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and that's another huge stress and worry. I've encouraged her to set up an account of her own and join some support groups here. I look forward making many more friends and sharing experiences, answers and suggestions with them all.
