I'm a 48 year old male. I have had 4 surgeries,2 on my left shoulder and 2 on my right. I have completely torn both rotator cuffs and tendons including parts of the bi- cep muscle. I have been in excruciating pain for the better part of 10 years. surgeries have reattached and screws and pins are holding me together.I love this site and the great people who are a part of it,I look forward to talking to you.
