Hello, I am a 41 yr old stay at home mom of a 4yr old little boy. I have a chronic lower back and neck problem, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritus, Osteopenia, PTSD, Depression, ADHD, Anxiety, Migraines, and Insomnia. I am looking for friends and groups to help me better understand my problems, and help me learn to laugh again. It's been a tough last couple of years, and I've been pretty depressed. But that's not really me. I'm usually silly and crazy and loveably!! I just need to find that person again. I need to accept what is happening to me physically. That's hard. There's so much physical pain, and I'm so young, and I have a small child to care for. But...I am an Optimist!!! And I am strong!! We moved from a different state knowing noone, and I found this site and I am excited to have adult conversation even if it is via internet. I allready have a few friends and they have been soo much help. Very kind!! I'm starting to feel better allready. There's alot of great information, and I will love to give any advice or be of any help that I can. I'm smiling. That's good!! Hopefully talk to some of you soon!!! Ruth
