I am 34. I have no experience with opiates except that my boyfriend is an addict. Before that? I had no clue that it was such a wide-spread problem. I am hoping for support and guidance through this site. I feel lost within the addiction and it is beginning to affect me almost as much as him. Well, probably more than him because he is always numbed. He doesn't feel... anything (although he seems quite happy while high). I just wish I had a genie bottle and could wish this nightmare away.... for everyone. But until I get that gift, I hope some of you out there will be able to help me through :) ttfn
