Hi there :) I am a 29 year old stay at home Mom with 3 wonderful children. I have anxiety and deppression issues that I gave been dealing with since my childhood and have visited this site for a while for answers and just to see that I was not alone and am so glad that I have joined. I am crrently on the brink of stopping the use of pain killers so I can take my perscribed meds and get back on the right track to my mental stability....For all of you who help with my journy I appreciate it and if there is anyway I can help someone here I will try my best. This is a nice community and I am happy to be a part of it........
