I am a 31 year old female that has recently been diagnosed with Bipolar 1 disorder. I knew from my High school years that I was manic depressive just never knew till recently that the two are the same thing. Im looking for friends and answers to my questions about Bipolar 1, depression, anxiety and how to live a mentally stable life while starting all new drugs. Nice to know im not alone ! Well I wish these feelings on noone but am very positive that they can be managed. Thanks new friends!!
