I am a person in chronic pain (arent alot of us here?) I am looking for answers and would like a measure of compassion that's what I told my doctor. In the past I have been told, "you just have to "live with it"! NO YOU DONT! If you havent found the right doctor KEEP LOOKING. You'll know when you have found the right doctor, if he listens and HEARS your complaints of pain and offers you CHOICES and will admit if he doesnt know something, but will refer you to some one who does. I have suffered many years in pain. I am still suffering. But I wont give up until I find the right doctor. I dont want pity, some empathy and compassion yes. Pauline
