JanMarie12's comment: ProActiv worked for my mom who had acne when she got older and it works for her. I use Proactiv extra strength everyday, once a day. My mom does as christineATU suggests, use it until your face clears, then as preventative.

JanMarie12's response: I personally use Methocarbamol (Robaxin) for muscle spasms, particularly in my neck, chest, shoulders, and back. It works very well for me, Flexeril barely works for me. It really depends on the person, I see you have some allergies which can be a ...
