sharipdx's answer: It sounds more like "Chemo Brain". Did you have chemotherapy before taking the Arimidex? They say that Chemo Brain takes quite a while to fade away. I've had a few memory lapses, but blame that on my age (68) not the Arimidex. ;*)

sharipdx's answer: I take mine at night so I never forget it. Mornings are pretty numb for me and I'm likely to forget it, like I did my shoes one day when I wore my slippers to work. If you are a "morning persom", mornings would probably be fine.
