pup6767's response: Dear jcmollie... as was stated by Dzoo, timolol is a beta-blocking drug which normally causes a sinus bradycardia when it has reached it's optimum blood level. This is considered "normal" when on a beta blocker. I would definitely see a cardiologist ...
