I am a 36 yr old mother to 2 awesome very active fun loving kids 1 boy (6 1/2) 1 girl (4) & a wonderfully dedicated Hubby. I have had multiple surgeries in my lifetime 1 major one being spinal fusion of my L4, L5 S1 in fall of 08' a partial hysterectomy (endometriosis) winter of 09' ended up having my R ovary removed Nov of 10' due to multiple cysts rupturing & now I currently have been diagnosed w/Chronic Pancreatitis via an MRCP...2 B contn
