serenity0322's comment: I came off Lexapro as well and couldnt do anything for a few weeks until my new antidepressant started working (Remeron) and I feel this drug is helping much more than any other.

serenity0322's comment: Thank you, yes I do take Seroquel at night as well as Remeron. I have been sure to intake more fluids since and havent had any problems.

serenity0322's response: I totally agree with the first answer, but there is a small chance you were started on a dose too high for you. 20 mg isn't that high a dose actually it's normal to take up to 60mg a day for some. But most doctors should start at a pretty low dose ...
