I'm 58 yrs old, I've have had Scoliosis since I was born, fibromyalgia since I was 22 years old, and now I have severe Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, sciatica, Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome, and a number of other related things. I have high blood pressure when my pain is out of control. I am learning that my house doesn't have to be spotless, my yard doesn't have to be perfectly pruned, but I still can't drive or ride in a dirty car!
