In March 2011, I squeaked past the half-century mark, and my S/O says that makes me an official old-timer, like him! Depression, anxiety and asthma run in our family, and I also have an underactive thyroid. I try to take life as it comes, one day at a time, and it is so much easier having a loving, caring and supportive man who understands. Married and divorced once, many years ago, I have 2 adult sons. One son is bi-polar and schizoaffective; my youngest is depressive and recently was diagnosed with Aspberger's, which explains so much of his behavior! I was fairly young, early 30's, when I found out that I have osteoarthritis in both knees, and some in my back, neck, wrists and hips. I need both knees replaced asap, and I have a terrible time sleeping, but I guess that comes with the territory!
