chance4reallife's response: No problem Unfortunately you do have to feel some withdrawl to start subs but its nothing compated to cold turkey OR starting subs too soon. If you don't induct right you will feel the worst you ever felt in your life!

chance4reallife's response: The answer to your question is 72 hours at Least! Google the COWS sheet for withdrawl , and use that as a guide. Score at least at 26 and that's when you will be ready for the subs.

chance4reallife's response: Try a month. Any sooner and you will get so sick you will wish you were dead. Only other option is to taper to 35 for two weeks and then stay off at least 72 hours.
