Dr Violette's comment: call your insurance and get a list of pain specialist and/or pain management doctors. then have your primary doctor make a referal to the doctor you wish to go to. and make your appt and ck out that doc

Dr Violette's answer: by capsule i assume you mean the adderall xr, this will stay in your system technically 8-10 hours but for a drug test it may show up till 72 hours.

Dr Violette's response: yes unfortunately this may take time. go to a pain specialist or pain management. do all the tests they have you do and request more if necessary. in my case my mri didnt show "enough" for them to prescribe opiods but i had PAIN i requested an EMG ...
