I am 45 years old and finally happy. I am married for the third and last time. I never thought I would be happy after the hell I have been through with other marriages. I have PTSD from a variety of assault issues from violent rape, marital violence and a full assortment of different violence issues, as well as abuse from family. Like I said though I am finally happily married to a wonderful man for 8 years now. He has gotten me through alot of these issues but doesn't force me to deal with them if I can't at the time. I finally can enjoy being with someone without the fear of being hurt again. I have had one child that I lost after three days due to the fact she was a preemie, and I adopted a girl and now have three granddaughters, my husband has three grandsons funny three of each, just like the Brady Bunch. I love animals and have two female tan tigers they are so therapeutic also. They are very protective of there owner, me. More so than a dog sometimes. I come from a very large family-22 brothers and sisters, yes 22. I love my family but unfortunately my family is extremely dysfunctional. Some of them I have had to raise and now that they don't need me anymore I don't matter. My husband is an only child so what a shock when he met me. His family seems to love me and care for me more than my own. I try to kill time by doing arts and crafts when I can. I am not a healthy person for my age. Lots of issues both physically and mentally. I like to help and support people the best I can, so I hope by being on this site I can share my experiences with someone and help if I can, I am not perfect and I don't know it all but I have been through alot, so I hope to try to help someone have a better day so they don't have to go through what I have been through, that is always my goal when I get up in the morning. I was a Medical Assistant student and was discriminated against because of my mental health issues that were illegally released by a doctor to the school, this is being taken care of though. The medical and social services fields has always been my thing every since I can remember, I like trying to help people in anyway I can from my experiences. I try not to feel sorry for myself though because that gets you no where in life. It always helps me to help someone else feel better and have a better day. Well that's about all folks.
