mitjason's response: It all depends on the person.. I'd recommend taking Glucosamine Sulfate, 2000mg 2x daily. That helped me a lot. I took it for about a year and then got off it and didn't notice any joint pain from that point on. Hope this helps. Respectfully, Jay
