DEdgar2's comment: thank you. Im also taking prozac but am having bad results. I've been taking it for 3 months and it has just made things worse. As far as the adderal and benzo's im going to stop taking them all together.

DEdgar2's comment: Cognitive therapy is great. At least for me it has helped. I grew up without sharing and expressing my feelings. Its really nice to get tools to deal with your anxiety/depression.
I've been on 20 mg prozac 1x a day for a month, and now I'm up to 40 mg 1 x a day. It's been 2 weeks
