L4-5Spine's answer: Since each patch lasts 3 days(and you aren't familiar with their refill policy) I would call when I got down to 3 patches (you have 9 days worth left to use). It is always best to ask refill policy so you don't get stranded. Good Luck!!

L4-5Spine's answer: Just as the dosage states the 10mg has twice as much narcotic (hydrocodone) as the 5mg, but the same amount of tylenol in each.
