I have suffered in pain for most of my life and I am 43 now. I started off with Endometriosis, had several surgeries and thank god a couple of babies. The pain has now moved onto my lower back along with chronic pelvic pain & neck/shoulder & cluster migraines all caused by Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain. The worst part of having any illness or pain is not knowing its source. It took me over 4 years to finally get a proper diagnosis on my pelvic pain and that was after a complete hysterectomy to fix it. It then took me another 2 years of hard work finding knowledgeable physicians, doing my own research and self help to actually get my disease into remission for two very blissful years. Unfortunately, it has returned, as sad as that is, at least I now know what it is and what to do about it.
I have learned to have a lot of patience and to understand that physical conditions almost always have a connection to the Mind/Body/Spirit being out of balance or the Chakra energy centers. I believe that it takes the combination of medical experts, holistic medicine and hard work on the individuals part to truly heal from painful physical conditions. The journey is well worth it, but you must always feel certain that you can win.
