Briefly, I'm in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol, stemming originally from legitimate prescriptions for chronic pain - and progressing into alcoholism and street drugs. I have a history of chronic migraines and dythemia (low-grade chronic depression) - but through a lot of effort and time, I've overcome all of these issues. I'm here to offer help to the next person who is struggling with any of the obstacles that I've dealt with - as others were there for me, to freely help me along my path. I work in the substance abuse field, at a long-term treatment center for women. When I share, I share from my own experience and wisdom I've gleaned along the way; my shares are from the bottom of my heart, as I am passionate about overcoming the obstacles that limit our lives.
