Daverk's answer: A lot of meds have some side effects. Could be some other stuff you are on, say for example cholesterol medication. Weight issue also has a bearing!!! Please discuss with your primary care team /doc.

Daverk's answer: On a subjective basis,yes. My total cholesterol bloods have been reduced from 6.8 to 3.5. On 10 mg. Of course watching consumption of saturated fat like a hawk and maintaining a 45 min brisk walk daily

Daverk's comment: Very important that you do walk,though. Go for short bursts throughout the day. Keep up your fluid intake too. Watch your weight and eat small nutritous meals

Daverk's answer: On a point of interest.Co-dydramol tablets contain two active ingredients, paracetamol and dihydrocodeine. This combination of medicines is often referred to as co- dydramol.

Daverk's comment: Another factor to keep in mind too as well as diet is overall health. Your INR can be affected if you are suffering from a virus infection e.g. A cold or flu.

Daverk's answer: Thats usually the case. One can have a small portion of green veg like brocolli or salad leaves one day. But only abt 2 portions weekly. But one needs to be careful with green veg,cranberries. One question though,how often do you get ur INR bloods ...
