Does meloxicam contain aspirin?

Before surgery I have to go off all aspirin, Tylenol, etc. so I am trying to find pain relief without those blood thinners.

No. It is an NSAID similar to Motrin. But, NSAIDS can thin the blood as well, plus they are hard on the stomach. Ask your doctor what you can take.
