Can any of the following medications cause a false positive of a drug test: bupropion, fenofibrate,?

... meloxicam, AndroGel, simvastatin, orphenadrine, Alendronate sodium. I am getting false positives for marijuana, and I don't use marijuana

Depending on the quality of the test, yes. The less expensive the test (and many are) the more prone they are to false negatives and positives. Hope this helps.

NSAID's including meloxicam are known to give false positive results for cannabinoids. Make sure you give a list of your medications to the testing staff.
