Can they both be taken at the same time or shouldn't they be mixed?

They are both opiate pain meds if that's what you mean. Vicodin has tylenol in it however. Oxycodone is stronger then Vicodin. There are times I've had patients on both, but with a nurses judgement as to when to use which. I can think of no reason why you would want to mix them. And if you took 2 of each at the same time you'd be overdosing.
