I understand the panic attacks and anxiety that can come from being in a DV situation bc I have been there and even though I have been out of it for 5 years I still have panic attacks and can't let anyone get too close to me when there is an arguement going on. I would suggest going to see a therapist and a physchiatrist who can help you with anti-depressants that can help with anxiety and depression which usually go hand and hand and if you call one that is in your insurance network and tell them it's an emergency they can usually get you in a day or two. You can also check yourself into a facility for severe anxiety and they can you started on medication to help you and adjust medications as needed and you won't have to worry about any drug testing.
I also agree that you shouldn't take any medication that isn't prescribed to you and if you get medication prescribed to you, as long as you take it correctly, it doesn't matter if it shows up on the drug screen. I hope that this has helped you some. If you send me a PM we can talk some more. Sounds like you might need someone to talk to about what is going on in your life.

Hello sam. I thought I had answered this question earlier. If the drug screeners are looking for Buspirone. non generic Buspar it will turn up. The likelyhood is no. But I'd not take a drug thats not been prescribed to you. Possibility exists of you having a reaction to it, a medical; issue of sorts. Adverse effects, some of them can be very serious. Generally any doctor before prescribing a drug will want to know your medical history for the reasons I just mentioned. Again, I feel bad that you're having anxiety issues but I'd not take whats nor prescribed for me. My own point of view, other people might disagree. Best of wishes, pledge
