I've been taking xanax and other meds for years, as treatment for my panic and anxiety disorders. I'm also diagnosed as Bipolar. But if they do stop making xanax, I'm sure to have seizures and anxiety so bad, I won't be able to leave my home... so?

I have heard no such thing, either. LaurieShay is correct. There are many more benzos that will be helpful to you in the event that this were to happen, which I find very unlikely. I was taken off of xanax and put on klonopin as it is a longer acting benzo which I have found to be more helpful in reducing my panic and anxiety disorder. My neuro prescribed it as part of my seizure medications. I don't know if you are already taking it but you may want to look into it or see if you can add it to your current meds. I can get the xanax and klonopin at the same time but I found myself too sleepy. Best of luck to you, my dear!
