Found a couple of these pills in my workplace. Wondering if anyone can identify. M is on the top and 36 on the bottom. Thanks

That is correct. My doctor has prescribed me this pill for chronic pain. I take it at night and it does help with my pain. I have ehlers danlos syndrom which is a collagen disorder that causes a lot of pain. Anyways. I was prescribed this pill and if it is in fact the same one (from the sounds of it... it is) It is a 50mg tablet.
