How many nucynta does it take to equal an OxyContin 30mg?

75 of nucynta is equal to 20 of oxycodone.

A chart on the Nucynta website shows Nucynta 50 mg and 75 mg being similar to 10 mg Oxycodone IR. And it shows that the 50 mg beat the 75 mg?! I guess that's part of the reason that it's hard to find a published conversion chart for Nucynta.
