After a lot of research I could not find a documented answer to your question. However I would use Luxiq on dry hair only (as wet hair will dilute the medication) and I would not blow dry/iron your hair afterwards as heat could lead to systemic absorption of the active ingredients and unwanted side-effects.

What about the day after? I was prescribed to use it only once a day at night. Can I blow dry and roll my hair the next day after I shampoo? I don't have psoriasis or itching or flaking. I only have a burning scalp and hair loss.
I can not think of any reason why you could not bow dry your hair etc the day after... that would be fine.
