what is a doctor looking for to decide to stop treatment for pediatric thrombosis with lovenox

Your question does not provide enough detail to give a complete answer. A doctor will look at the size of the thrombosis by doing a venous doppler study, and will probably do a D-Dimer Quantitative test by drawing blood.
