Yes, it's fine to take Lovaza and Crestor together.
No known interactions exist between these drugs. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist. If you do experience bothersome symptoms see your doctor.

I was just given samples of 5 mg Crestor. When do I take it? Other statins say take it before bedtime. Is this true of Crestor?
