my back legs arms head face get red dry scaly spots when lotrisone is used it goes away but reoccours when i stop using it.

You can also use antifungal creams containing clotrimazole, ketoconazole, and miconazole. Tinea versicolor is a chronic skin infection. It often tends to come back in the warmer months and the pigment changes in the skin can take a long time to correct themselves after treatment.
