Is Lotrisone cream EVER used to treat hemorrhoids?

Cortisones can be used for internal hemorrhoids, in the form of an enema, and I would think lotrisone would help if they are inflammed. Preparation H is probably a better idea for the average hemorrhoid.

Lotrisone - what other creams can I use for tenia veriscolor?
