Lortab has hydrocodone and acetaminophen in the tabs, differing amounts of hydrocodone and acetaminophen. Vicodin is the same. Hydrocodone and acetaminophen, just differing amounts of each. For instance 5 mg hydro with 500 mg acetaminophen, 5 mg hydrocodone with 325 mg of acetaminophen, 7.5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen... up to 10 mg hydrocodone and 325 or 500 mg acetaminophen.
Hope that answered your question.
