i take lortab 7.5, but another doctor gave me oxycodone because a really bad ear infection that has my ear and jaw hurting, but how long will it take for the oxycodone 7.5 get out of my system for my drug test for the lortab...

Yikes, if you are with a pain doctor and signed a contract then getting opiates from another doctor is a no no. You will test postive, depending on your metabolism, quantity and frequency of use, for 2 to as much as 7 days though most references say 2 to 4 days.

Just want to say that many states have a program where all opioid or controlled substance scripts that are filled in a pharmacy are entered into a database that Drs can access. I live in AZ and my Dr pulls a sheet up every visit and it shows if I have filled controlled substances by any other Drs. They may not even need a urine drug screen to see you have filled another script if you live in a state that participates.
