Lortab come in 2.5/500, 5/500, 7.5/500 and 10/500. Lortab doesn't make a 7.5/750 to my knowledge. There are lots of hydrocodone/acetaminophen combinations in different brands of the drug. Lorcets are a 10/650 but that is the highest amount of apap available that I know of.
APAP is just tylenol. That is what trashes out your liver. You are better off taking the pills with the least amount of apap.

Robert's right. APAP (Tylenol) is HELL on your liver. That is the one thing that I hate most when I have a patient who has tried to overdose on Tylenol because it can mess your liver up so bad that you'd wish you had succeeded.
Thank you all for your answers and concern for my liver. She did make a mistake and after I read your comments I asked her to give me something w/o tylonal. She prescribed Vicoprofen 7.5/200. I guess the intial script was supposed to be vicodin 7.5/750. Way too much tylonal after researching and your comments for me.
Thanks again!
