Don't self medicate, it can cause problems and you might get a flag on your doctors chart as being a self medicator and a non, complier! Not good if you really need the meds, talk top your doctor there are alternatives, you can ask about the drug Limbitrol that I take, it is a combo of both those meds and might be an alternative?
