I have about 1-1/2 weeks of Levoxyl left. Have been taking it for about 8 years. Current dose is 75mcg per day.

Just about everywhere there are free clinics. Go to Google and type in your city or a nearby large city they add the word free clinic. Also have you talked to your doctor and tell him/her your situation tell them you will pay when you get another job. Maybe he/she will see you. Most of my doctors will wave the fees.

i realize that this is way later than when you were asking this question, but hopefully it may help someone else. i agree wholeheartedly with itsmetoo2 - do what you can to get this medication. you could also go to a town or county or state charity or social services or some of the churches nearby. i doubt if you will find a "natural" alternative that will have sufficient thyroid in it to help you. if you've been taking it for so long - this means you need it. we hypos need thyroid exactly as diabetics need insulin. please don't go without.
