i took this cooktail for 59 days then stop taking all of them four days ago i am looking to find out how long and what kind of symptoms i will experience i was prescribed all of these to help me sleep at night

My experience of withdrawal from this combination of meds was a LONG time or so it seemed to me. As an insomniac I had searched for the perfect combination for sleep. Additionally I have serious back problems. These drugs WORKED! But as I came to realize I needed - for health sake - to find another way of sleep/relief. I consulted my doctor. He was supportive of a change but not entirely cold turkey. It took ten days for me to finally sleep. The pain was more manageable than I gave myself credit for. The sleep came ONLY after I "hit the wall.". This term the doctor used telling me when my body was finally tired enough and my body had purged the drugs and withdrawals were complete then I would finally sleep. Halfway thru the tenth day I finally fell asleep. I was shaky, sweaty and nauseous the full ten days, lessening noticeably but the 7th day. After the ten days, I managed a few hours sleep a night and finally went for a sleep study.
The doctor confirms I have a severe case of insomnia. I have returned to AMBIEN 12.5 and don't regret suffering thru the withdrawals. If my back hurts, I quit what I'm doing and rest. I sleep well and have been on the same dose of Ambien for a long time. When I was in my 40's the doctors were concerned about dependence on sleep meds. Now in my 60's I just don't give it much worry.
