Its not a matter of timing. Both damage your liver and the two ingested by you can damage your liver faster. You should not drink when taking medication.

It is said that a glass or two of red wine once in a while is good for blood and circulation, as well as the skin. What if you drank a glass or two of red wine, then suddenly your period started, and you had to take Acetaminophen because of the period cramping pain?
