How long does it take Paxil to completely get out of your system if you were on it for 2 years?

Hello lagurl28. Given the half life of the drug (SSRI) the amount of time as in longevity in taking Paxil/Paroxatine are not a factor. (aside from side effects which I would name as withdrawals when stopping the drug) My answer is not longer than 24 to 36 hours. (I am not a chemist or pharmacist) A doctor or pharmacist can confirm, or give you their opinion. Regards pledge
