If I take birth control for a week straight for 7 days and I have sex on the seventh day, is it extremely possible to get pregnant?

You might be lucky and the pills would have started giving protection ... but normally it is better that the 7th active pill is properly absorbed before you are contraceptively safe. So day 8 might be better ... most doctors do recommend that you use a second form of protection for at least the first month.
