So, I'm not sexually active but I am getting married in two months. I've been on Loestrin 24 for 3 months now, and I still haven't gotten a period. I take it at the same time, everyday, and all I do is spot for two weeks. I've never been regular (it's normal for me to go 3 or 4 months without a period... I've even gone without one for 10 months before), so I'm wondering if this is just because my body is weird :) will the pill still be effective even if it may not be working right?

It is working right! You are just one of the lucky ones and all you do is spot a bit. Once you have been on it a few more months you should regulate out. Many women are able to enjoy light periods while on the Pill. Are you really thin? Sometimes very thin women have trouble with irregular periods because of lack of body fat. The Pill is designed to suppres ovulation so it should still be effective. You should talk to your prescriber though just for extra reassurance.
