Will Lodrane D help with coughing?

Lodrane D contains pseudoephedrine (which is a decongestant) and brompheniramine (which is an antihistamine). They work together to relieve nasal symptoms such as a runny and stuffy nose.

It is really only likely to help a cough that is being caused by postnasal drip.
