Loaded my nose with oxymet. thinking it was saline, should I worry?

No - a one off overdose should be fine...
Symptoms of too much medicine being absorbed into the body include:
Blurred vision
fast, irregular, or pounding heartbeat
headache, dizziness, drowsiness, or lightheadedness
high blood pressure
nervousness
trembling
trouble in sleeping
weakness.
Increase in runny or stuffy nose
See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms.
