Lipitor - been diagnosed with statin induced myopathy, what can I try to relieve the symptoms?

I hope you have come off Lipitor now. The symptoms should resolve itself slowly. I don't think you can do anything to relieve.

Can you eat grapefruit while on Lipitor medication?

I was told by someone who is on Lipitor that they cannot eat grapefruit while taking it. Lipitor is a statin (I believe) Is Gemfibrozil?
